1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using DolonAcademy ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Intellectual Property Rights & Content Protection

2.1 Ownership

All content on DolonAcademy, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, audio, software, data compilations, quiz questions, study materials, PowerPoint presentations, PDF documents, and curriculum content ("Content") is the exclusive property of DolonAcademy and Mir M Hossain, protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

2.2 Strictly Prohibited Actions

You explicitly agree that you will NOT:

• Download, save, or store any premium content (PowerPoint files, PDF documents, quiz questions, videos, or any other educational materials) to your local device or any external storage
• Copy, reproduce, or duplicate any Content in any form or by any means
• Screenshot, screen record, or capture premium content for offline use or distribution
• Share your account credentials with others to enable unauthorized access to premium content
• Distribute, sell, license, or transfer any Content to third parties
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the Content
• Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright notices, watermarks, or proprietary markings
• Use automated tools or scripts to scrape, download, or extract Content
• Publicly display or perform any Content outside of the Service
• Use Content for commercial purposes or in any educational institution without explicit written permission

2.3 Limited License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, DolonAcademy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• View and interact with Content solely through the DolonAcademy platform for your personal, non-commercial educational use
• Access premium content only while your subscription is active and in good standing
• Use interactive features such as quizzes, AI tutoring, and progress tracking as intended

This license does NOT grant you any rights to download, store, or possess Content outside of the DolonAcademy platform.

2.4 Account Monitoring & Content Tracking

DolonAcademy employs various technical measures to protect Content and monitor usage, including but not limited to:

• User identification watermarks embedded in all premium content
• Access logging and activity monitoring
• Rate limiting and anomaly detection systems
• Forensic tracking of content distribution

All premium content is associated with your user account and email address. Unauthorized sharing or distribution can be traced back to your account.

2.5 Enforcement & Consequences

Violation of these intellectual property terms will result in immediate consequences:

• Immediate account termination without refund
• Permanent ban from future access to DolonAcademy services
• Legal action including claims for copyright infringement, breach of contract, and statutory damages under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable state and federal laws
• Monetary damages including actual damages, profits gained from infringement, and attorney's fees
• Reporting to educational institutions if applicable

3. Use License & Subscription Terms

Your subscription grants you access to view and interact with Content solely through our platform during your active subscription period. Upon cancellation or expiration of your subscription, all access rights terminate immediately.

Free trial users and premium subscribers are subject to the same content protection terms outlined in Section 2.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your account is not used by unauthorized individuals
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

Sharing your account credentials with others is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability
